Life Is an Echo

Cast your bread upon the waters
And it will return to you . . .
Heaped up, packed down and still overflowing.

The way I live my life
Is the way people will react to me.
My spirit is felt by those around me.

If I give evil, I receive evil.
If I give good, I receive good.
Maybe not from the same person, or situation,

But life is an echo.
What I am, the song I sing goes out
And bounces off those around me.

And the, in God’s time
Vibrates back to me, like a radar,
Amplified, refined and fulfilling.

Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days.
Ecclesiastes 11:1-3
